What can I do for free?
Start from your own floor plan or our sample clinic, build the whole map, and test routes in Map Studio, all for free. Publishing to kiosks, QR posters and phones, and previewing them, is part of the paid plan.
Do visitors need to download an app?
No. Visitors can use the kiosk or scan a QR code to open directions in their phone’s browser. There’s no app to install.
Can I update a map after it goes live?
Yes. Edit your map in the workspace and publish an updated version. Permanent kiosk and QR poster links continue to point visitors to the current published map.
Does Wayfinder support multiple floors?
Yes. Connect floors with stairs and elevators. Visitors can choose step-free routes that use elevators instead of stairs.
